Step inside our transformed pug café for a 90-minute immersive Halloween experience packed with tricks, treats, and tail-wagging fun. The pugs will be dressed to impress in their most paw-some spooky costumes, ready to melt hearts and steal the show. Sip on ghoulishly good cocktails, snap unforgettable pics at our haunting Halloween photo spots, and soak up the eerie atmosphere with spooktacular decorations all around. Every session is a party, complete with fang-tastic games, themed activities, and prizes for the best costumes (both human and pug!). Cancellation Policy
At CuppaPug, we operate as a bookings-based business to ensure the welfare and happiness of our beloved pugs. Managing their engagement time, rest breaks, and overall well-being is at the core of what we do. For this reason, it’s essential that bookings are planned and honored as scheduled. Cancellation Policy We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your session. However, to maintain the integrity of our schedule and the well-being of the pugs, the following policies apply: Refunds for Cancellations: All bookings are final. Cancellations and refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase. After this time, only rescheduling is permitted. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us with at least 24 hours' notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. No changes can be made within 24 hours of your booking. Final Confirmation: Your confirmation email sent 24 hours before your booking is your final confirmation. After this point, no changes, reschedules, or refunds can be made. We believe this policy allows us to offer the best experience for our customers while prioritising the well-being of the pugs in our care. CuppaPug On-Time & Lateness Policy At CuppaPug, we strive to create a fun, calm, and enjoyable environment for both our pugs and our guests. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have a strict **on-time policy** that all visitors must follow. Arrival Time: All guests must arrive **15 minutes before** their scheduled session time. This allows time for check-in, an introduction to our pugs, and ensures a smooth experience for everyone in the session. Late Arrivals: Guests arriving **less than 5 minutes before the session start time or later** will not be permitted entry. This policy is in place to prevent disruptions to the session, minimize stress for our pugs, and respect the experience of other guests. No Refunds for Lateness: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule bookings for late arrivals. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for parking and travel to ensure you arrive promptly. All child tickets must be accompanied by an adult.
